For orders to non-metro areas listed above or less than $150, freight is based on weight

 

Heavy Items

 

Please note that with some deliveries such as bulk anchor chain etc. a forklift will be required for unloading. If this is not possible then there will be a $60 surcharge for the goods to be delivered with a tailgate truck and pallet jack.

Some items are extremely heavy and are unable to be purchased online as these items require specific freight costs based on your location.

Order Quantities

 

You will note that on each item we have listed the maximum available in one continuous length. As an example, 6mm yellow plastic chain can be purchased in one length up to a maximum of 40 meters.

 

If you were to purchase 60 meters you would be supplied with one length of 40 meters and one length of 20 meters.

 

If you required a different configuration such as two lengths of 30 meters you would need to forward this request by email immediately after making your purchase.

 

Where you purchase less than the maximum length available you would be supplied with one continuous length.


WARRANTIES and RETURNS

 

Any item that has been purchased and found to be defective can be returned for replacement or full refund depending on your wishes. You will need to contact us and we will make arrangements for our carrier to pick up the goods for return.  

 

We must be notified within seven days of receipt that the goods are faulty. After this period it is assumed that you are happy with your purchase and the goods are not returnable. 

 

Any standard item that has been purchased in error or you have changed your mind can be returned for a full credit less the shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. The returned freight cost is the responsibility of the customer and the goods must be returned in a new and unused condition together with all relevant paperwork. 

 

The goods must be securely packaged and correctly addressed to our Sydney warehouse and are your responsibility until we receive them back. Goods must be returned within seven days of receipt. After this period it is assumed that you are happy with your purchase and the goods are not returnable.
